Tiki Farm thought it would be really fun to include some top notch tropical cocktail recipes on our website.
  First thought we had was to reach out to our friends, Kelly "Hiphipahula" Reilly and "Trader" 
Tom Morgan.
  Both Kelly and Tom have years of experience bartending at home tiki bars during a time that the craft cocktail was emerging.
They are sharing some of their fabulous recipes here for you to enjoy!

"Mele Kalikimaka Mock Martini" 
Created by Kelly in Christmas 2009.
On a Bright Hawaiian Christmas Day, Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
can evoke the soft glow of powdery snow warmed in the tropics
with coconut rum. Serve strained straight up, with a peppermint swizzle.
A real holiday treat.
1 1/2 oz Cruzan Coconut Rum
1 oz Godiva white chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Monin Pumpkin spice Syrup
1/8 oz Maraschino Cherry Syrup
Serve in a sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Winter Fling Cocktail
"Winter Fling"
Trader Tom created this drink. The fresh unpasteurized cider
and pimento dram feels like Christmas, and baby, it's cold out there.
Come in for a Winter Fling!
4 oz Fresh Apple cider
1 oz Plantation Three Star White Rum
1/2 oz Remy Martin Cognac
1/4 oz Pimento Dram
1/4 oz Aperol
1/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake with crushed ice and serve in a lowball glass. Garnish on the side.
Tropical Tannenbaum
"Tropical Tannenbaum"
This cocktail includes some wonderful Christmas spices
with pine from the Zirbenz liqueur alongside clove and ginger
from the Maggie's Farm falernum. The rum is also top notch.
The Real McCoy 12 year is sourced from the highly regarded
Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.  Probitas is a blended rum
also partly sourced from Foursquare and the remainder
from Hampden Estate in Jamaica, blended by Richard Seale.
Mixed with bright notes of pomegranate, orange, and lime fruit flavors,
this cocktail is sure to please.  Merry Christmas!

3/4 oz Probitas Rum
1 oz The Real McCoy 12 Year Old Rum
1/2 oz Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
3/4 oz Maggie's Farm Falernum
1/2 oz Monin Pomegranate Syrup
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Soda Water
Add all ingredients but soda water with crushed ice to a mixing tin.
Shake well and pour into a lowball glass.
Swizzle in a splash of soda water (1/2 oz).
Garnish with orange wedge.
