111 of these wonderful wood-burning capable chimineas available so when we

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW – PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY!! As our
Tangaroa Chiminea is so heavy, shipping charges on it will be expensive. We’ve
worked closely with our carriers though to get you the best possible rates.
Please pay particular attention when reading the next few paragraphs.
There are two methods for you to get your Tangaroa Tiki Chiminea. 1.
Will-call pick-up: Pick-up at Tiki Farm within 5 business days after placing
your order. Pick-up hours are from 9am to 3pm Monday thru Friday and there are
no weekend pick-ups available. Tiki Farm is located at 1120 Calle Cordillera,
Suite 101, San Clemente, CA 92673. Our telephone number is (949) 940-1006.
Chimineas not picked up after 5 days will be returned to stock and your purchase
transaction will be refunded. 2. Commercial Carrier: We will ship your chiminea
via commercial carrier to a commercial or residential address. This is the
safest way for us to ship you your Tangaroa Tiki Chiminea as it will be
palletized and handled in the safest manner for transportation. Your chiminea
will arrive via commercial carrier with a lift gate to offload your chiminea
safely to the ground. You cannot request any additional special services such as
inside delivery or scheduling of an appointment. You will be contacted by a Tiki
Farm representative via email with the carrier’s information and the pro
(tracking) number.
IMPORTANT: All Tangaroa Tiki Chimineas will ship SIGNATURE REQUIRED.
When you receive your chiminea, you must immediately unpack and inspect your
chiminea completely for any possible damage BEFORE signing any documentation
presented to you. If you do not, any claims for damage will not be honored.
Each Tangaroa Tiki Chiminea includes care & safety instructions and
we strongly recommend that you read the instructions thoroughly before using
your chiminea.
As the production quantity of our Tangaroa Tiki Chiminea is so low
and as we have to manually supervise online orders as they come in, there is a
chance that you may successfully place your order and receive an email order
confirmation but in fact, we have already sold out of the chimineas. If that is
the case, we will contact you via email to notify you of this. Your transaction
will show that your card has been billed, but we will not process the
transaction and it will show as not processed on your card within 2 to 3
business days.
Lastly, there will be a very special gift that you will receive
