HOW TO ORDER


At the present time, the "best way" to order our products is to visit one of our retailers. All of our products are unique and we recommend that you see our products in-person at one of our retail dealer's locations before purchasing. This way, you can be assured that the product meets your expectations. We fully support our dealers.  Or, you can order from us directly through our secure shopping cart.  All items that leave our facility our double qc inspected by the way!

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as personal checks (which generally take 7-10 days to clear), money orders and cashiers checks. International orders must come in via US funds.


Product Returns: Tiki Farm will issue you a call tag for all
defect and/or damaged merchandise. We will replace your merchandise and you will not be billed for the replacement merchandise or the freight associated with replacing the merchandise. If you are returning non-defective/non-damaged items, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for all outbound & return freight charges.

Products damaged in transit:Since most every item we manufacture is pretty fragile, we package our items very carefully and securely. Therefore, damage resulting from shipping is very rare. You must notify Tiki Farm within 24 hours after you've received your shipment to receive credit/replacement goods for items that are damaged in transit. Otherwise, we will not accept your damage claim. Once you've notified us, we will send out call tags for the damaged items. Once we've received the goods back into our warehouse, we will immediately replace your shipment. There is no cost to you for sending the items back to us as the call tags cover the entire cost of shipping the items back to Tiki Farm.

Defective Items:
At Tiki Farm, we perform a double 100% quality inspection on EVERY ITEM that we manufacture. Therefore, we do everything possible to make sure that no defective items ever leave our warehouse. Every item that we produce is unique, being somewhat different than another item of the same type in terms of stain, glaze and general appearance. An item that appears somewhat different than what is shown on our website is normal. All items here are artistic; they are each individually unique and in no way can any item that we manufacture be exactly identical to the same item even if it is from the same production run. That is what makes our items cool! If for any reason you deem any of our items defective, please notify us within 24 hours after having received the item(s), and we will immediately correct the situation by either sending you a replacement shipment (after sending a call tag and receiving the item(s) back into our warehosue) or by crediting your order (after sending a call tag and receiving the items(s) back into our warehouse). No returns are allowed unless we are notified within 24-hours of your receipt of the item(s).
