A Little bit about... "Your friends at the Farm"

Every day is a blast at Tiki Farm! Our customers are some of the coolest people around and we enjoy what we do way more than we can tell you here! At our office, we've got 3 tiki bars, 1 restored Gilligan's Island pinball machine, a pool table, a dart board, a couple of hundred vintage tiki mugs, a bunch of old statues, wall masks & poles plus, some old travel agency tiki advertisements for Hawaii, puffer fish lights, 2 giant Shag murals… all of the prerequisites from a fanatical tiki collector's collection who decided to make cool tiki mugs for a living.

Tiki Farm's roots came from a previous .com business venture called www.ebachelorpad.com (now defunct).  Holden Westland started eBachelorpad with his good pal Charlie Rubel (aka: Chester Suave, aka: Our Webmaster Extrordinaire - the proof's in the puddin' baby… now go check out the Suave Fellow at Studio531.com and if you want to use his services… get in line!). We had one of the earliest e-commerce sites with an entire section dedicated to "tiki". Hey man - tiki basically was the coolest and most in-depth part of eBachelorpad. I mean I'm a collector, I knew that there was a need for others like me to source this stuff but it came down to this - I wasn't happy with the offshore stuff and I couldn't afford the limited edition stuff. Tiki Farm was thus born - bitchen tiki mugs (in our humble opinion) at affordable prices.

We've got a "stable" of excellent low-brow and some now "high-brow/low-brow" artists! If it wasn't for our initial pairing with Shag (www.shag-art.com) who knows if this thing would have ever taken off!? Thank you one gazillion times over Shag for your great friendship and most excellent contributions! Also darn you Shag as I never really intended on growing this thing past your basic garage style of business (like many people, I aspire to work in my boxer shorts out of my guest bedroom - sorry, didn't mean to gross you out!).  Our other artist's include...

We will always keep it fresh for you our fanatical tiki friends! We will continue to do our best to introduce 20-30 or more new products per year indefinitely and all the while, retiring existing products to lend to their ultimate collectibility. We dig you because you rock… you know who you are! Thanks to our friends, fans and fanatics (and let me tell you - some of you are pretty obsessed… right on!) - without you we'd, well, we'd be somewhere else! When you're in the neighborhood stop on by - we'll give you a tour of the Farm and you just might leave with a complimentary tiki mug if you're real nice and a true tiki fanatic!

Mahaloz!
